Flywheel Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Park Centre Business Park at 1401 W. 122nd Avenue in Westminster, Colorado. The 73,000 sf property is in an established suburban office / flex business park just northwest of 120th Avenue and I-25. The building is 100% leased to three tenants: Tri-County Health Department (office / medical), Computrol (light manufacturing), and Redline Athletics (youth athletic training facility).
“Although we’ve historically focused efforts on value-add deals, this was a strategic opportunity to acquire a strong, cash-flowing deal with limited competition. We feel that this suburban, single-story, asset leased to diverse tenancy will thrive despite the near-term challenges of COVID and the shifting economic landscape. Flywheel Capital, in partnership with Cypress Real Estate Advisors (CREA), is pleased to announce that we have closed on the construction financing for The Cameron, an upscale apartment community located at 4545 E. Warren Avenue in Denver.
The Cameron will be a five-story, 361-unit multi-family property, which will sit on 2.94 acres as the first of a two-phase build-out plan upon a larger 5.35-acre assemblage. The site was previously occupied by the Cameron Motel, a church, and several office buildings before being assembled by Flywheel. This project has been in the works since 2016 and Flywheel is excited to breathe new life into the former Cameron Motel site.

Thank you to the CREJ for highlighting our most recent lease renewal with Northrop Grumman at our Interquest Campus in Colorado Springs.
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. recently leased 99,359 square feet of office space at 10125 Federal Drive. Northrop Grumman will occupy the entire first floor of the two story, 191,384 square foot office / flex building. It is anticipated that Northrop will install a sensitive compartmented information facility within the building which was constructed in the mid-1990s. The lease is part of the firm’s expansion within the Colorado Springs market.
